Do I need to pay an entrance fee to visit Gallery 27?

No entrance fee here! At Gallery 27, admission to our public galleries is absolutely free, and no advance booking is needed. For private gallery visits, admission remains free, but please schedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Check available time slots on our website.

Can i return and get refund on my artwork if I change my mind ?

Therefore, prior to finalizing any purchase, we take meticulous care to ensure that our clients are entirely content and delighted with their chosen artwork. Once an artwork has been collected or delivered, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Your trust and confidence in our selection process and dedication to your satisfaction are of paramount importance to us.

Can you ship artworks within and outside the UAE?

Absolutely! We offer delivery and installation services within the UAE, with pricing based on your location and the size and quantity of your artworks. For international shipping, we provide customized quotes through trusted art shipping companies. Simply share your full address, name, and email for a quote. Note that some delicate pieces, like sculptures and luxury editions, may require wooden box shipping, which incurs additional charges. Oil paintings can often be rolled and shipped in a tube at a fixed price. Shipping costs are non-negotiable as they are managed by third-party companies.

How long does delivery take ?

Our delivery options are categorized as follows:

For Dubai:

Same-day delivery is guaranteed  if your purchase is made before 12 PM.
Next-day delivery is guaranteed if your purchase is made after 12PM.

For other Emirates:

2 to 3-days delivery is guaranteed within the other Emirates

Overseas : Get in touch with your Art advisor.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
