Once an artwork has been collected or delivered, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We offer delivery and installation services within the UAE. Pricing for these services is determined based on your location within the UAE and the quantity and size of the artworks you're purchasing. For international shipping outside of the UAE, we can provide you with a customized quote through a trusted art shipping company. To obtain a quote, please provide us with the following details: your full address, name, and email... It's important to note that certain artworks, such as sculptures, Resina editions, luxury editions, and other delicate pieces, may require shipping in a wooden box. Additional charges may apply for these cases, and the price will be determined after the finalization of your purchase. Please be aware that these shipping costs are not negotiable since they are handled by a third-party shipping company. If you're purchasing an oil painting, it can typically be rolled and placed in a tube for shipping. The price for the tube packaging is fixed in such cases.

Our delivery options are categorized as follows: For Dubai: Same-day delivery is guaranteed if your purchase is made before 12 PM. Next-day delivery is guaranteed if your purchase is made after 12PM. For other Emirates: 2 to 3-days delivery is guaranteed within the other Emirates Overseas : Get in touch with your Art advisor. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Your artwork can be changed within a 24-hour period under the following circumstances: -If the artwork size doesn't match your space (too small). -If the colors don't complement your interior. -If the edition doesn't suit the lighting in your interior (Resina edition, glitter edition, hybrid edition). Please be aware that when requesting an artwork exchange, the new artwork's value must be equal to or greater than the original artwork's value.
